Our range is used in the production of almost all filled products, with both synthetic and natural fillings. The Down-proof fabrics are tightly woven to prevent the percolation of fibres and feathers through the fabric. This is usually a minimum of 200 threads per inch, but the fabrics within our range extend to over 300 threads per inch and include a variety of plain fabrics, jacquard designs and sateen weave options for ultimate quality and comfort.

Most of our fabrics are made from 100% Cotton, but we also offer a polycotton version. In addition, we are able to provide a bespoke service with a choice of piping, sash labels and customer branded details if required, or you can choose from our stock supported range which provides convenience and outstanding service.

Washable Flame Retardant Fabrics (Proban-treated) are also available. We supply treated cotton calico which will meet the following required quality standards.
